“Some types of police work, such as undercover investigations, require him to tell people that things are not as they seem, but the way he says they are. To accomplish this, it is essential that officers be adept at twisting the truth, being deceptive, or lying. On the job, their personal safety may depend on their ability to look others in the eye and lie convincingly. They have to make others see things the way they want them to see things. To do this they must develop the ability to hide their own reactions, thoughts and feelings. It is likely that a police officer experiences a real sense of power in being able to get people to believe and trust him even as he’s lying through his teeth.” Amber Guyger is LYING about EVERYTHING concerning her killing of an innocent man in his own home!

Officer Amber Guyger
………………………………………
“Society employs police officers to protect citizens by enforcing the law. Police officers are professionally trained to get and keep people and situations under control. When a person challenges police authority, the police have the power to physically restrain, to use force when necessary, and to deprive him/her of personal freedom.” In the case of Botham Jean, his personal freedom was denied permanently when Amber Guyger invaded his private space and shot him to death. What law was Guyger enforcing when she confronted Mr. Jean? In what capacity was she “protecting” him? She didn’t have the decency to administer first aid – that says a lot.
………………………………………
“Some officers think that they are entitled to wield their police authority and power at home the way they do on the job. These abusive officers use their professional skills against their own spouses and children.” – And against a law abiding citizen like Mr. Botham Jean – in his own home, minding his own business.
………………………………………
“Officers spend many hours learning how to use their bodies and police equipment. They are taught armed and unarmed methods of self-protection, pursuit and capture of suspects, and how to confront and control individuals and crowds. They learn how to use their baton, handcuffs, even their vehicle to maintain control over a situation. They learn how to use their service weapons. As recruits they must meet physical fitness standards. Many continue to hone their bodies and develop greater strength and abilities. They continue to learn new ways to control physical confrontations and to disarm attackers when they have no weapons other than their hands. Police officers are taught how to control the level of physical force they use. They learn to match control tactics to the level of suspect resistance.”
………………………………………
“When someone refuses to comply with an order, the officer determines what level of force is needed to make the person submit.” Amber Guyger claims she “gave verbal commands” to Mr. Jean that she also claims “were ignored.” Well, if she were not in his space, there would have been no need for her to say anything to him, right? I will get to the beginning in a minute.
The same verbal control tactics used by police offers in domestic violence situations are one in the same used in civilian matters:
“Cops stick together. They’ll report what I tell them to report.” “What they really mean is, the truth is irrelevant.”
“Many victims have quoted what their abusers say during their tirades. It turns out that most police abusers say exactly the same things, word for word.”
………………………………………
With all of this extensive training that police officers get at the Academy, how is it that Officer Guyger did not notice the details that are so obvious to those of us who have received no such training?
I have known police officers personally – even dated one in times past. Working a 12-hour shift is not an impossible task – it was normal. When he worked day shift, he worked 12-hours, night shift – same thing. It was a standard work day. Many times this officer would either go to the gym before his shift, or after working those 12-hours. He never lost his way home, never wore his uniform off duty, and never abused his position. Believe it or not, there are some good cops that try to do their job with integrity. Amber Guyger is not one of them! She is a blatant liar! First she worked “12-hours,” then “15-hours,” – which is it? Once a lie is told it is hard to keep it straight, especially when there are so many unanswered questions.
………………………………………
I have to find the comment I read where she had packages in her hands, which is supposedly why she didn’t see the red rug outside of Mr. Jeans’ apartment. Give me a break! She had to put the packages down to bang on his door as noted by two witnesses. With her training, should she not have noticed the rug? Perhaps then look up to see the number on the apartment to make sure she was in the right place? And now there is an article stating that she had her protective vest in her hand when she arrived at his apartment.
………………………………………
“The law enforcement official said Guyger told police she had been carrying her heavy protective vest when she arrived at Jean’s apartment. It was in the apartment when first responders came to Jean’s apartment.”
There are a lot of theories floating around on social media and the comment section of news articles. But, only ONE in my opinion made any sense. Certainly everything in Guygers Affidavit does not. Nor anything her superiors have to say makes any sense.
“There had also been complaints about noise coming from Jean’s apartment. Merritt told CNN the complaints came from Jean’s “immediate downstairs neighbors.” He did not say whether Guyger had complained.”
“Guyger was at work during the day and had just ended a 15-hour shift when she shot Jean.”
“Merritt and the law enforcement official said there had been a noise complaint the day Jean was shot. The law enforcement official said Jean told his girlfriend two women from the leasing office came by his apartment after he got off work and he wasn’t playing music at the time.”
………………………………………
The noise complaint in my opinion is the meat of this tragedy. As in other areas of the investigation, phone records are crucial. If it is proven that Guyger is the complainant – what was the particular noise she was complaining about? Walking? Talking? Music? Dropping things? People laughing and talking too loud? Television too loud? What?????
Did Mr. Jean get a chance to defend him-self concerning the complaints? I have lived in apartments where you could hear people walking, doors closing, televisions playing. Most apartments are not sound proof. If you live in an apartment and you are trying to sleep during the day when most people are up, then you might have a problem with normal everyday living concerning the other tenants. Buy some earplugs.
……………………………………
Further, what was the response from Mr. Jean when the two office workers notified him of the complaints? Is there any documentation?
“Guyger was at work during the day and had just ended a 15-hour shift when she shot Jean.”
Why the spin on how long she worked that day? Working a 12 or 15 hour shift, whichever story she chooses to stick with – is no excuse for killing your neighbor. My take on this is; Officer Guyger most likely called the office to see if management addressed the noise complaint. If they did not provide a satisfactory response, then I can imagine her becoming deliriously angry because Botham Jean perhaps stated that he was just doing ordinary living things that may sometimes make noise, like talking on the phone – if the walls and floors are not sound proof – then that is possible, is it not? From Guyger’s perspective though, who does he think he is not obeying her – she is THE LAW!
………………………………………
Also, were there any complaints from other tenants concerning Botham Jean?
The lies have to keep spinning because society black or white is not ready for rogue cops that murder private citizens in their own home. Notice I now use the word MURDER! Guyger murdered Botham Jean because she wears a uniform, badge and a gun that gives her so much power she became intoxicated with it. Another important question is – did she know he was a black man beforehand? If so, then racism can be put on the table of questions as well – it would amount to a hate crime would it not? Will we ever know the real truth? Botham Jean is dead, and all we have are lies from the other side of this awful tragedy.
………………………………………
The police depend on the District Attorney, and the District Attorney depends on the police to win their cases. I don’t put any trust in any of them to tell the truth.
“In the criminal justice system, the people are represented by two separate yet equally important groups: the police, who shoot them in their homes; and the district attorneys, who release irrelevant search warrants after the fact. These are their bullshit stories. https://t.co/bXsO1r6o0m”

………………………………………
We all knew at some point the investigation would steer towards discrediting Mr. Jean. And sure enough:
“Court records obtained Thursday show Dallas police also found, among other things, two fired cartridge casings and 10.4 grams of marijuana in the apartment. The law enforcement officials said the marijuana was on the kitchen counter.” And cops don’t plant false evidence at crime scenes? – Yeah right!
They just couldn’t allow this upstanding black man to go to his grave with his dignity intact. Try as they may, there is no justification for this murder. The so-called “mistakes” this cop made were all on her! And personally I don’t believe that she parked on the wrong floor – she parked on the right floor – the floor where she was going to confront the man who was making too much “noise” for her satisfaction. She was at his door with the intent to intimidate; use her “command” voice; put police training aside; disregard “trained instincts;” control the situation with her service weapon; put an end to the “noise” – PERMANENTLY!
………………………………………
“An attorney for Jean’s family, Lee Merritt, has said two independent witnesses had come forward to say they heard knocking on the door in the hallway before the shooting. Merritt said one witness reported hearing a woman’s voice saying, “Let me in, let me in.” Then they heard gunshots, he said.”
“Blood was taken to test Guyger for drugs and alcohol. Similar tests are conducted during autopsies. The results have not been made public and may not yet be completed.” Wouldn’t be surprised if this information is delayed to find another spin on the truth – the officer took Ambien perhaps? Crying shame.
No matter if she consumed intoxicating substances or not – Guyger was drunk on power. It took three days to arrest her and try to come up with a story that the American people can accept – something more easily digested. Again, as evil as our society has become, still – we will never accept being killed in our own homes for no justifiable reason – especially white cops killing black unarmed citizens. It is difficult enough to accept in many cases outside of the home environment – but, within our private sanctuaries???? – That is too much! Can’t have it!

The Blue Code of Silence is surrounding Officer Amber Guyger. The “good ole boys” protect their own. It doesn’t matter that Amber is female; she is still one of them. A part of the club that is schooled within the Academy that you don’t snitch on another cop and you certainly must try everything to keep your comrades from punishment of any kind – no matter what.

“At a vigil on Saturday, Allison Jean praised her son as someone who “loved mankind,” and said that he wanted “all of us to unite.”
“Let me in! Let me in!”
“Oh my God! Why did you do that?”
Amber Guyger you need to confess the truth!
“But if you will not do so, behold, you have sinned against the LORD, and be sure your sin will find you out.”
(“Oh my God! Why did you do that?”after the shooting. According to a lawyer for the family, these may have been Jean’s last words.”)

“Asked why he wanted to be student association president, Jean said, “I want to serve. My heart and experience has led me to serve. I want every student at Harding to have the best Harding experience possible and go on to accomplish all of their dreams.”
His sister, Allisa Charles-Findley said, “Just last week I was thinking of what to get you for your birthday, now I have to go pick out your casket.”
“Smith created a GoFundMe to help Jean’s family cover funeral arrangements and his family’s travel expenses. The GoFundMe can be found here: gofundme.com/in-memory-of-botham-jean.”

Bombshell discovery in Dallas police shooting of man in wrong apartment leads to more questions
Guyger’s arrest affidavit was filed on Sept. 9, three days after the crime occurred.
Meanwhile, the search warrant for Jean’s apartment — filed on Sept. 7, two days before Guyger was interviewed by Texas Rangers — tells an ominously different story.
It claims Guyger attempted to enter Jean’s apartment with a “set of keys.” Jean then “confronted” Guyger “at the door,” the document says, adding, “A neighbor stated he heard an exchange of words, immediately followed by at least two gunshots.”
………………………………………
“An off-duty Dallas Police Officer, who was wearing a full Dallas Police uniform, was attempting to enter apartment number 1478, with a set of keys,” it says. “An unknown male, inside the apartment, confronted the officer at the door. A neighbor stated he heard an exchange of words, immediately followed by at least two gunshots.”
While the arrest warrant describes Jean as being “across the room,” the search warrant says he confronted Guyger at his door.
“He said the key witness, who was reading the book, heard shouting.”
“She heard, ‘Let me in!’ followed by ‘Let me in!’ in an elevated tone and then she heard more pounding at the door,” Merritt said. “Then shortly thereafter she heard gunshots.”

1378 Amber Guyger’s apartment door
“According to Texas Ranger David Armstrong’s affidavit, Guyger inserted ‘a unique door key, with an electronic chip, into the door key hole. The door, which was slightly ajar prior to Guyger’s arrival, fully opened under the force of the key insertion.'”
Guyger claimed in her affidavit that Jean’s door was already ajar when she entered and then she shot him dead after he ignored verbal commands.
But video obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com, with the aid of a neighbor living on the same floor, shows that the doors in the apartment building have uniformly heavy metal fire doors that automatically slam shut if let go.
A door could only be left ajar if it had been deliberately positioned that way with a door stopper.
“Further, as a second DailyMail.com video shows, officer Guyger could not have used her key to force open the door of Jean…”
At the very least, she would have been warned that she was at the wrong door because the unique electronically coded keys used in the South Side Flats building flash red if inserted in the wrong door.
Pointing to his own heavy metal door, the same as both Jean’s and Guyger’s, he said: ‘These are fire doors. You can’t really leave it open.
‘The key situation too – you can’t get into any place, you can’t. It’s impossible. You can put it in but you can’t open it.
‘You can put it into somebody else’s key hole but you can’t open anything. This key isn’t programmed for my door – if I put it in, nothing happens apart from this red light.’
‘And there were noise complaints from the immediate downstairs neighbors about whoever was upstairs, and that would have been Botham.
‘In fact, there were noise complaints that very day about upstairs activity in Botham’s apartment. Botham received a phone call about noise coming from his apartment from the downstairs neighbor.’
According to Guyger’s neighbor, the building’s walls are soundproofed while the ceilings are not – a potential cause for conflict.
‘We can hear when somebody opens the door. You can’t really hear anything through the walls but you can definitely hear when somebody knocks or opens the door.
‘Sometimes I can hear the people above me every once in a while, that’s all I ever hear. The only thing I can think of is I can just hear people running but this guy [Jean], he didn’t seem like the kind of guy who’d be running around up there.
‘I don’t know what the noise complaint would be – I can’t hear the TV [from above], I don’t hear anything like that.’
‘Short-tempered’ Amber Guyger shared posts likening Colin Kaepernick to cancer and memes saying people were ‘ungrateful she didn’t kill them’

On a meme that reads: ‘I wear all black to remind you not to mess with me, because I’m already dressed for your funeral’, Guyger commented: ‘I got meh a gun a shovel an gloves if I were u back da f**k up and get out of meh f**king a** [sic]’
………………………………………
………………………………………

S. Lee Merritt pointed out memes posted on Pinterest by the 30-year-old Dallas police officer, likening Colin Kaepernick’s NFL protests to cancer (pictured)
………………………………………
Although Merritt says social media is only a snapshot of someone’s personality, he claims the posts are indicative of her character.
He told DailyMail.com: ‘Just a review of some of her pictures on social media, the memes that she placed, those are tell-tale signs of what she felt strongly about.
‘Guyger’s social media reflects a woman who feels strongly about people like Colin Kaepernick, calling his protest the Colin cancer of NFL.
‘She expressed a repeated and intense propensity towards violence – particularly her having a short temper, she bragged about it.
‘The world was fortunate that she didn’t stab anyone in the throat this week. She was dressed in black in preparation for our funerals so don’t mess with her.
‘Repeated threats like that she was engaging in light-heartedly. That wasn’t out of her character – that is who she was.’
But while he has not come up with a plausible motive for Guyger’s actions, he told DailyMail.com that he does believe her to be a racist.

Amber Guyger Is Free on Bail, but Activists Who Peacefully Protested Her Are Still in Jail
“The officer responsible for the completely unjustifiable shooting death of O’Shea Terry has been returned to light duty and has faced no criminal charges whatsoever,” Merritt wrote. “The officer who shot and killed Botham Jean remains on the Dallas police force and was able to bond out on manslaughter charges in a fraction of the time the protestors have spent in jail.”

She credited the diversity of the jury pool as a possible factor in the outcome. “The question still remains for me: Would a whiter jury have convicted her? Sadly, I fear the answer is still no.”

Female cop Amber Guyger was distracted sexting before shooting neighbor relaxing in his own apartment: Prosecutor
Prosecutors said an ex-Texas police officer wasn’t tired when she shot her upstairs neighbor in his own apartment last year—and the sexually-explicit text messages she sent to her partner prove it.
ABC News reported that the texts were presented at the conclusion of Amber Guyger’s former partner’s testimony on Monday. Prosecutors said Guyger, 31, and her police partner, Martin Rivera, sent racy messages to one another throughout the day and moments before she fatally shot Botham Jean, 26, in his own apartment on September 6, 2018.
Rivera testified that he would send suggestive photos of himself to Guyger. Dallas County Assistant District Attorney Jason Hermus alleged the pair had texted one another hours before the fatal shooting, including a message where Guyger said she was “super h***y today,” according to the news outlet.
Prosecutors said Rivera and Guyger discussed meeting up after her shift ended. Hermus claimed after Guyger finished her 13-hour shift, she delivered a Snapchat message to Rivera stating, “Wanna touch?”
Hermus also alleged that Guyger sent two messages to Rivera while on the phone with 911: “I need you … hurry” and “I f**ked up.”
“She should have made it her point of existence to take care of that man,” Hermus told jurors, noting that Guyger was outside the apartment when first-responders arrived.

Mother of man slain by cop says son’s hug should not be “misconstrued” as “complete forgiveness”
“What he did today, was remarkable, and he did it all on his own,” she said. “What Brandt did was to cleanse his heart towards Amber … I do not want it to be misconstrued as a complete forgiveness of everybody.”
She said there is plenty of blame to go around for the murder of her son Botham, not just with Guyger. In her eyes, multiple Texas agencies share the responsibility.
Jean family attorney Daryl Washington says Brandt showed Guyger the compassion Botham would have given.
“If Amber Guyger had of just spoke to Botham when she walked in the apartment, Botham would have been the type of guy to say, let me get you a bowl, join me, have some ice cream,” Washington said.

Key Witness in Trial of Cop Convicted of Murdering Black Man in His Apartment Has Been Killed

Joshua Brown – murdered!
https://heavy.com/news/2019/10/joshua-brown-shooting/
“He said he heard about a noise complaint from the leasing office earlier that day at 2 p.m. and that was when he met Botham Jean for the first time, just before Jean was later killed. He said the complaint was strange because there had been no noise. He left later that night to watch a football game.”
………………………………………
The apartment was dark and when she saw “a large silhouette,” Guyger thought she was being burglarized, the affidavit says.
Guyger drew her gun, “gave verbal commands that were ignored” and fired twice, investigators wrote. Jean was struck once in the torso.
Guyger then called 911 from her cellphone and started giving first aid. She turned on the lights, then returned to the front door and realized the apartment wasn’t hers, the affidavit says.
LIES!!!!
If the apartment was dark, who turned on the TV? Giving first aid??? ANOTHER LIE! She was more concerned about herself and her job. She gave no aid at all!!!

There is NO WAY this tragedy was a “mistake” on her part. The police are trying to cover up for her, and get her off or lessen her punishment. This is so upsetting to many people because common sense tells you Amber Guyger is a LIAR! I just hope prayers are answered and she gets what she rightly deserves. Thank you for your compassion of heart.
She is also a MURDERER with a badge.
